Aerial Yoga is a type of Yoga, combining traditional Yoga poses, with a hammock.
With the support of the hammock you are able to adjust the intensity of the exercise to suit your level while lessening the impact on your joints as well. Aerial yoga is a better option for those who experience joint or spinal pain

I’m not flexible, can I still practice Yoga?
YES!!!!! That is exactly why you should practice Yoga!! Imagine people not going to the gym, simply because they are not strong enough, not trying the Salsa dance class, because they can’t dance yet… We must all start something to improve, don’t we?
How often should I practice Yoga?
Do what you can, when you can.
Even if you practice once a week, you will feel the difference. If you can, try to practice two to three times a week but try not to get overwhelmed by unrealistic goals. Take it slow.
What should I wear for Yoga practice?
Clothing should be soft and supple without harsh seams. It should ideally be snug, but not tight. Tight clothing limits movement and good blood flow (and the last thing you want is wardrobe malfunction during your practice!)
Menstrual cycle during the practice
Your period affects your energy, mood, and stamina. Listen to your body. Avoid inversions.
I have a health condition. Can I still do Yoga?
Please tell the teacher about your health. With that information, the teacher can advise you accordingly.
Can I do Yoga while I am pregnant?
When attending a regular Yoga class , be sure to tell the instructor that you are pregnant and what trimester you are in. However, we offer Prenatal Yoga specifically for pregnant women.
What about food and Yoga practice?
Before a Yoga class, even with a light meal like fruit or a juice, try eating at least an hour before class.
Hygiene and Yoga?
If you can, take a refreshing shower before Yoga or wash your hands, feet, and face. It is not advised to smoke before the practice. After the practice, preferably wait one hour before showing so that your skin can reabsorb the removed hormones and minerals from the sweat
