When should I do Facial Yoga?
Preferably twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, before sleeping.
How manyFacial Yoga poses should I do and how regularly?
Preferably practicing all poses would be best, but if you prefer to work on a specific area, there is nothing wrong with that.
For better results, practice a little every day instead of doing a loooong practice sporadically.
What if my face muscles don’t move?
Don’t worry about it, just keep trying. Facial Yoga is like any other activity that you haven’t tried before. We need to repeat, to exercise, to bring awareness to that area, until they start moving!
What about wrinkles?
Facial Yoga helps prevent and reduce wrinkles by bringing correct movements to the areas of the face that we are working.
